My first project with this company was replacing the windows in my cupola. The house is an 1840 antique. I met Jeremy when he and his team were doing a neighbors roof. He came that afternoon,took a look at the job,measured the windows,showed me pictures and came two days later with his team. The wood was rotted but fortunately I could still do this project.Jeremy and company transformed the entire area. After many years I have a beautiful,clean area with windows that open and ventilate the entire third floor. The price was right and the work was meticulous even in almost 100 degree days. Jeremy and his team pay so much attention to every detail! JUST REBUILT THE CUPOLA ! Recently,I called Jeremy, I had an urgent problem:The ceiling in the hall ,second floor,crashed down and was soaking wet! He came that very next morning. Jeremy gets into the nitty-gritty and found  the leak by way of two access boxes in the wall on the third floor. It seemed some how a PVC Connection loosened,pictures were taken...entire problem was researched and will be repaired this Saturday.He is coming with his plumber etc. and all will be repaired at a excellent price,around $1,700. It seemed the shower being used, third floor, just propelled this leak to ceiling second floor. Anyway,I am so appreciative to Jeremy and company for all their hard,meticulous work.They are perfectionists! I have been able to stay in the family home because the price is RIGHT! I called Jeremy and by the following morning his team came out and removed all the snow and ice dams from my roof as well as broke up all the ice that froze in all my gutters. Jermey and his team replaced our old wood deck with a new composite trex deck. They also built a cover for an uncovered stair well leading to the basement which was causing water issues. Jeremy has been working with us in different single family and multifamily in Cambridge -Somerville area. Jere Brothers team is very professional. They all are really hard workers and we have enjoyed working with them. You have to have patience because of language issue but they do great job. Super affordable compare to most people around!! We asked him for an estimate. He gave us an estimate of $700 to replace 33 sqft of replacing shingles. We refused. He showed up to do the work for a lower price. We had canceled the appointment before he shoed up and he refused to leave the property. We were not home, and he stayed there without our consent. He does not have a license.
